Company: WEP Clinical provides end to end solutions to facilitate access to medicines to patients and hospitals across the globe.They work with Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, HCP's and Institutions, through pre-approval Expanded Access Programs and post-approval Named Patient Programs, to clinical trial sourcing services and warehouse capabilities. WEP Clinical offers world class services to customers.

Role: This new role reports to the UK MD and is office based. It will be tasked with bringing in new products to the WEP portfolio which can be sold through our existing structure. WEP has the ability to market and sell products and are looking for an individual who can bring exclusive partnership deals to the business. This can be achieved through, a revenue split model, in-licensing or other exclusive supply/market model. The BAE will also be required to support the WEP US BD team with proposals that require ex US input.

Requirements: Hands on "Deal maker" who must be proactive, not a planner or strategist Must be comfortable carrying and delivering a sales target Proactive, resourceful and energetic approach to BD Entrepreneurial spirit with a can do attitude Experienced negotiator able to hold a room with CEOs, Founders and Senior company personnel Proposal writing and development skills essential Presentation creation and delivery skills essential Understanding of contractual terms and application to the business required Excellent negotiable basic salary, high bonus potential, private health insurance and company pension.
