Company: Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specialises in patient infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. Product portfolio comprises a comprehensive range of I.V. generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products. Fresenius Kabi offers products for collection and processing of blood components and for therapeutic treatment of patient blood by apheresis systems. In the field of biosimilars, they develop products with a focus on auto immune diseases and oncology.

Role: The Business Development Manager role carries responsibility for sales of their high tech home care parentral nutrition service post discharge from hospital. This role is all about service provision with a strong patient focus account managing trust level agreements calling on consultants, dieticians, nurse teams, chief and procurement pharmacists. You will be part of a team of 6 UK BDMs. The territory covers East Midlands and Anglia. In addition the Calea team have now acquired a biosimilar auto immune therapy licence which also forms part of the BDM Responsibility on territory.

Requirements: Degree education or RGN/NHS Background plus a minimum of 4 years healthcare sales experience. Able to be comfortable with managing P&L information Excellent knowledge of the GP environment and NHS purchasing mechanisms including current tendering processes Good communication skills both verbal and written To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team Good organisational and time-management skills plus confidence in presenting to large customer groups.
