Role: As a sales specialist you will responsible for delivering sales growth in line with sales targets for a new biologic respiratory medicine in the designated territory.As a lead on translating the strategy and vision into both account and customer engagement plans you will be working across the severe asthma networks and respiratory pathways. The role involves working collaboratively as account co-ordinator with colleagues including; Hospital Sales Specialists, NHS Outcome Managers (NOMs) Marketing, Medical, Value and Access to lead the creation and delivery of the Account plans.

Requirements: A naturally resourceful sales specialist with a demonstrable track record in respiratory or specialist care pharmaceuticals for at least 4 years. Biologics experience would be a big advantage with a proven track record of driving performance through key account management. Evidence of conceptual thinking and exceptional communication skills to create and deliver business plans in collaboration with the other functions in a business.Personal gravitas and credibility to leverage relationships internally and externally to lead a cross functional team on collaborative projects and customer interactions.
