Diagnostic Sales Specialist - Diabetes

Company: Our client is a leader in the field of clinical diagnostics with a range of products that help individuals and the health professionals who care for them to detect, monitor and manage their medical condition more effectively.

Role: They are looking for a Diagnostics Sales Specialist to join the specialist hospital division selling the latest Point of Care products (blood glucose monitors, urinalysis equip, blood gas analysis, training package). These diagnostic tools enable the rapid and often life-saving diagnosis of medical conditions in accident & emergency, intensive care or in the operating theatre. There is an impressive portfolio of current testing as well as a strong pipeline of innovative new products. Covering London, Oxford, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, you will be responsible for the sales growth on this territory. This position will require some knowledge of pathology services within the NHS as well as some understanding of near patient testing. A great opportunity for someone seeking a fresh challenge. Requirements: Candidates will be educated to degree level with a sales track record in the medical device/ healthcare sector. Experience of developing account plans including NHS tendering will also be a distinct advantage.
