Role:
As Medical Liaison Specialist/ Key Account Manager you will be responsible for a leading Osteoporosis treatment into hospital accounts across the South West You will provide specialist scientific support for the medical/marketing activity around the product portfolio and advice in compliance with the requirements of the ABPI Code. You will respond reactively to requests for scientific or medical information about marketed and investigational products including new clinical data in licensed indications and also in un-licensed indications.
Requirements:
Candidates will be either an existing KAM or Hospital Specialist, educated to degree level with a high clinical understanding as you will be discussing medical information in depth with HCPs. Candidates should ideally hold a PhD/MSc in a scientific discipline with ABPI Examination. You should have a credible level of experience working in pharmaceutical sales within a specialist therapy area or medical affairs or clinical development type role. Also experience of establishing relationships within a healthcare of scientific environment, understanding of Clinical Trial data and clinical study design and ideally experience of KOL development. Therapy area experience is desirable.
