Role:
This is a great opportunity to work as a Regional Business Manager responsible for leading a team of 5 Oncology specialist KAMs working in the lung cancer market. The Oncology RBM is accountable for the development and achievement of the regional sales plan through effective leadership and development of a team to drive sales performance. The role reports into the Oncology National Sales manager.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Pharmaceutical sales management experience and able to demonstrate a track record of success in leading a high-performance sales team in a specialist care environment.
Competitive and highly motivated with strong communication skills and a keen team work ethic.
Self-starter & effective problem solver - responsible for own actions and results.
ABPI qualified and a full UK drivers licence are essential.
