Role:
The Nurse Specialist roles will be nationwide and field based requiring a dedicated professional individual to compile and deliver effective training/education/theoretical study days and clinically based teaching sessions. The role will also involve promotional support to new and prospective users of the clients ABT equipment. Effective communication is key to the success of this role, so you will need to establish relationships with the people who have a direct influence on ABT therapy.This role will cover the North East requiring odd working hours and time spent away from home.
Requirements:
Candidates will require the following:
RGN qualification with pin registration up to date
Relevant Teaching and Assessing Course qualification.
Nursing experience in Renal or Critical Care (ITU experience is advantageous), Working knowledge of CRRT/Renal therapies,
Experience in teaching within a clinical environment
Experience in the formulation of teaching/education materials for nursing staff.
